OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND
SAFETY (OHS)
TRAINING
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Training is a critical component of a comprehensive OHS management system, such as ISO 45001, and is one of the key areas assessed by compliance officers, regulatory authorities and auditors when evaluating an organisation's health and safety performance.
All of our training modules can be customised to address the specific needs of your workforce, organisation and industry, ensuring that the learning experience is relevant, practical and aligned with your operational objectives and compliance requirements.
We deliver training that communicates technical information in an engaging, practical and effective manner. Recognising that adults learn differently, we employ a variety of instructional methods and learning media to maximise participation, knowledge retention and workplace application. Our programmes are designed not only to enhance understanding but also to develop the competence and confidence required to work safely and effectively.
- Basic Fire Safety (Portable Fire Extinguishers - Theory / Practical)
- Advanced Fire Safety (Fixed Fire-Fighting Installations – Theory / Practical)
- Emergency Response Team – Annual refresher training
- Emergency Preparedness / Mock Drill / SCBA (Breathing Apparatus)
- General Safety Awareness – Contractor Safety / Confined Space Safety / Chemical Safety / Work at Height / Security Personnel Safety Program
- Transport Safety / Defensive Driving for Drivers & Transport Staff
Training Certificates may be issued upon successful completion of the training. To support the organisation's training needs analysis and evaluate training effectiveness, pre-training and post-training assessments may also be conducted for participating employees.
